Program Description

Day 1
10:00-noonTravel to Cape, meet NCMM staff
Noon-2:00Orientation, unpack, lunch
2:00-4:00Hike to West Beach for swim
4:00-5:30Ride to Point and do beach sweep
5:30-6:30Free time to relax and socialize
6:30-8:00Prepare and eat dinner, watch sunset
8:00-9:00Slide presentation or Video
9:00-10:00Evening Activity (beach hike, star gazing, and/or listening to hydrophone)
Day 2
7:30-9:00Breakfast, pack lunch, clean-up
9:00-12:00Environmental exploration and discovery
12:00-1:00Prepare lunch and clean-up
1:00-3:30Free time
3:30-6:30Swimming, Surfing, Shelling, and beach sweep
6:30-8:00Prepare and eat dinner, watch sunset
8:00-9:00Slide presentation or Video
9:00-10:00Evening Activity (beach hike, star gazing, and/or listening to hydrophone)
Day 3
7:30-9:00Breakfast and Free Time
9:00-10:00Nature Walk, Bird Watching
10:00-11:00Pack and clean facility
