Entangled dolphin calf dies during rescue attempt.

The Marine Mammal Stranding Network responded to a severely injured and entangled bottlenose dolphin calf with its mother in Gallants Channel. While considering next steps, the calf died. Our monofilament recycling page is dedicated to the calf we've named Yaholo.
